Hi, I'm Ryan. I run Smarter Media.
I find where a business leaks time and money. Then I fix it with AI.
How I got here
- About 15 years in hiring and HR, with more than 10,000 hours of interviews.
- Built a two-person recruiting firm with a friend from college.
- Led hiring for the consulting arm of a Big Four firm.
- Went back to school for data science and machine learning, while I worked full time.
- Moved to that firm's automation team.
- Then started my own automation agency.
